Type V-Series Heater

Type V-Series Heater

The V-Series is perfect for applications that require high power, fast heat-up and cool-down in addition to precise process control and uniform heating.

The V-Series element is a stamped foil of a high temperature alloy that provides extended life.

Life Expectancy of these high temperature foil heaters can be in excess of 12,000 Hours depending on the operating temperature.

The V-Series elements are continuously bonded to a high temperature insulating refractory board, which stabilizes the element and insures uniform heating across the full element length.

Hot spots and element deformation are prevented throughout the life of the heater.

The V-series is the ideal solution for high-speed web heating and drying applications due to its ability to quickly respond to changes in line speed and temperature fluctuations.

For customers requiring very fine-tuned levels of process control across the width of their web, a V-series heater can be manufactured with individual element zoning allowing for the ideal heat profile to be created.
