Technical Support & Maintenance

We design our infrared machines to be user-friendly and with minimal maintenance requirements, but when the occasion arises that you have a technical question our Engineering team is standing by to provide technical support, whether over the phone or on-site.

An on-site call by one of our engineers will involve a full inspection of the equipment to determine if any components require replacement or refurbishment.  In addition, our engineers can provide training for maintenance personnel and operators or help with system configuration and tuning.  Upon completion of any site visit we will prepare a report detailing actions taken and any recommendations for upgrades or repairs.
