Heat setting synthetic fabrics is accomplished on open width or tubular fabrics.
Open width fabrics are controlled on a pin tentor frame and tubular goods are controlled with a spreader bar.
Energy from the Casso-Solar Technologies Infrared Heaters is concentrated in only the most useful wavelengths, reducing overall system length.
On some fabrics such as polyester textile, hand and appearance can be precisely controlled. Shrinkage is kept at a minimum and fabrics can be uniformly processed without concern for color or discoloration.
Fabric temperatures are controlled within +/- 2 degrees to insure product quality and repeatability.
