Our consulting services include:
Process Review
Our team will assist you in reviewing your process and the equipment that is required. Equipment may be other than what Chasso-Solar Technolgies offers. We will collect competitive proposals, prepare an objective comparison resulting in a cost-benefit recommendation.
Use of gas, electric or combination technologies with convection
- for your new or existing process
Field Studies of your heat process
- for process quality improvement, energy savings and/or reduced floor space.
Survey + Recommendations
- to upgrade existing equipment or to install new equipment
Testing in our extensive laboratory
Your product or process can be tested with short wavelength and medium wavelength electric infrared, gas fired catalytic infrared, high output gas infrared and combination systems with convection. Our services can include:
- Testing with all technologies to determine the most efficient
- Testing with all technologies to determine the shortest dwell time
- Comparisons between technologies
Full laboratory documentation and reports are prepared from each test. Customers are welcome to participate. Test Service Fees may be applied toward the purchase price of equipment if the purchase is made within 6 months of the test date.
